I am with you guys 100%. I have run out of gas trying to fight this thing and we need to get attorneys involved. The only thing that will scare John away is a good lawyer and a strong case. See my reply ... (more)

A governing board has to be in place before anything can be budgeted with HOA funds... and we would probably have to do an assessment to all homeowners to help cover the costs of any legal battles.

I think most if not all owners are supportive of changes/lawsuits/ petitions... whatever it takes to get our HOA managed properly. What can we do to get on board and help and get organized to that end? ... (more)
