PG Villas is a townhouse and condominium development in Pleasant Grove, UT, east of I-15 and just south of Pleasant Grove Blvd. Started in 2004 and currently still under construction, the development will eventually be comprised of 27 townhouse buildings (each with 4 units) and 12 condominium buildings (each with 12 units).
